David Garrett starts his ICONIC Tour 2023
On Sunday, 19.03.2023, the tour for David Garrett's new successful album "ICONIC" at Deutsche Grammophon started in the Rosengarten in Mannheim. David Garrett, this time in a trio with Franck van der Heijden (guitar) and Rogier van Wegberg (bass), continues to thrill a large audience. Currently 53 concerts are on sale in 12 countries, besides Germany also in Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland, Italy, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Turkey, Georgia and Singapore. Weigold & Böhm International Artists & Tours and planB Konzepte bring this project to the leading concert halls and report more than 70,000 tickets sold as well as 26 sold-out concerts. The "ICONIC" tour is already proving to be an outstanding success. Another 25 concerts in 7 countries, including Australia and China, are still in preparation for this year.
The audience can expect a soulful homage to the great violinists of the golden age, inspired by those legendary violinists whose gems and melodies inspired David Garrett even as a child.
